What is covered?

Where can I purchase a Service Contract?
- We
do not sell direct to the public. Please refer to the “Important
Notice to Consumers” section on our website.
What is the Claim Procedure when my vehicle has a mechanical problem?
- Take
the vehicle to your Selling Dealer or any licensed Repair Facility. Make
sure they contact our Claims Service at (800) 242-9442 before any repairs
begin. You must have the Repair Facility obtain a claim approval number
prior to repairs being made. Claims Service hours: 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM,
Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Pacific Time, Saturday.
Am I entitled to Rental Car benefits?
- Yes,
in conjunction with a covered breakdown, you are entitled to Rental Car
reimbursement. Most of our contracts provide rental reimbursement up
to $30 per day. The number of rental days covered is determined by the
book labor time for the covered repairs. Please refer to your contract
for details.
Am
I entitled to Towing benefits?
- Yes,
in conjunction with a covered breakdown, you are entitled to Towing reimbursement.
Most of our contracts provide Towing reimbursement benefits up to $75 per
occurrence. Please refer to your contract for details.
Do I have any additional Roadside Assistance benefits?
- Yes,
most of our contracts provide complimentary Roadside Assistance through
Cross-Country Motor Club at (800) 848-9627. With this benefit, you have
coverage of up to $50 per occurrence for the following: Towing, Battery
Service, Flat Tire assistance, Lockout assistance, and the Delivery of
Fuel, Oil, Fluid or Water. Please refer to your contract for details.
Do all Repair Facilities accept my Warranty?
- If
your chosen Repair Facility accepts Credit Cards, they should be pleased
to know that we can pay your approved claims directly to them via our
corporate Credit Card. We can pay up to $2,500 directly to the Repair
Facility with our Credit Card immediately after approved repairs are
completed.
